Devonshire Road Step Forward Support

Following a recent inspection from Birmingham Environmental Health, 24 Devonshire Road was awarded a five for food hygiene, the highest rating available. This was on the heels of the CQC ‘Good’ rating received following their inspection in March this year.

24 Devonshire Road is a small specialist care home delivering support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism. Currently supporting four individuals, the home has capacity for a maximum of five service users. Bashrat Hussain, the on-site home manager, has a deputy manager and a team of specialist support workers to provide focussed, secure support twenty-four hours a day.

Phil Tinsley, Business Operations Manager for Step Forward Support, said:

“Receiving the highest food hygiene rating is testament to the dedication and commitment of the team at 24 Devonshire Road. We are all very proud of their achievement and the fantastic work they continue doing to enrich the lives of the people we support.”

Phil Tinsley – Business Operations Manager
